Hannah's Dance Class

Over the summer I was so excited to sign Hannah up for the Dancing Little Princesses class through our county parks and rec program.  I had been looking at it since she was two. It was a stretch and grow class and the instructor was awesome.  They did so many fun things and learned some ballet at the same time.  It was actually pretty entertaining to watch all the little girls running around in different variations of pink tutus trying to be coordinated when most of the time they were so not.  My favorite was watching them walk while balancing a bean bag on their head.  I think Hannah spent more time picking up her bean bag than she did taking actual steps, but she had fun and that's all that matters (and how adorably cute she looked too). Unfortunately a lot of my pictures are a little grainy and blurry as it was hard to capture a ballerina in motion across the room!
 Dressed and ready to go

Hannah was able to invite her family to the last class for sort of a recital.

This one is so cute!  All the girls received matching tutus for their last dance together.

Hannah and her friend, Heidi (a co-worker's daughter) at the end of class.

Owen was a trooper and hung out with me during all of Hannah's dance classes this summer.  We would read library books or he would play with a few trucks while he waited for the 45 minutes to be over.

Hannah gets a hug from Ms. Sarah, her dance teacher.  She was also Hannah and Owen's stretch and grow fitness teacher.  They saw her almost every week from January through July.
