Lewis Ginter Gardenfest of Lights

On the last night possible, weeks after Christmas passed, we headed to Lewis Ginter to see their Gardenfest of Lights.  It was a free member night and we met our friends the Parr's there for some time to hang out and walk (or run) around.  Hannah and Owen we so excited to see more Christmas lights since most of them had already been put away.  They miss all the decorations, but got really excited in the backseat as we approached Lewis Ginter and they could see the lights.

 It's just beautiful here!
The theme this  year was East meets West and it was Asian inspired.  The dragon was Hannah and Owen's favorite and we had to walk through it 5 times at least!

There were paper lanterns hanging in the trees.

Our other favorite thing of the night was the Christmas light maze!  This was so fun!  Hannah and Owen ran through and it was funny to see them get stuck and figure out which way to go.  Once they did it one time Owen would purposely go to the dead ends and say, "Owo (this is how he refers to himself) stuck!"  Of course the girls (Hannah and Avery) would follow right behind and got such a kick out of being "stuck" in the light maze.  We also did this about 5 times.
