We made hearts out of contact paper and construction paper.
Let's make hand-prints!
Now it's your turn Owen.
Owen is proud of his art work.
Let's try ta-da painting...put paper, paint, and a ball in a box, then shake it around. Finally open the box and ta-da you can see what it looks like!
Owen helps to clean up the scraps of paper off the floor using his dump truck!
We glued painted hearts onto shovels to make Valentine's that said I dig you!
We glued painted hearts onto dump trucks to make Valentine's that said You Rock!
Hannah really got into using the glue stick and of course had to do it all by herself!
Here are our finished Valentine's!
These are the ones we made for Daddy. When you open them up they say...
I love you this much!
Valentine's Day Arrives:
Hannah and Owen anxiously waited all day to open the Valentine's boxes that were wrapped and waiting for them in our office. They spotted them in the morning and asked many times during the day to open them.
Hannah loves her Valentine's card from her friend, Avery! It has a feather on it that is so soft!
Hannah and Owen got Color Wonder finger paint from Mommy and Daddy. They also got a new lift the flap Little People book and some jellybeans.
Our sweet Valentine's Girl!
A Valentine's Hug for each other! Owen recently walked up to Hannah and said "I love you, Hannah!" They are the sweetest things!
Our sweet Valentine's boy!
We delivered Valentine's cards to Wesley.
Of course we had to use our paint right away! Hannah and Owen both really liked it, but Hannah painted everyday until she used up all her paint!
Hannah and Owen got watercolor paint paper from Grandma and Papa! These are so cool because they have the paint built into the paper.
We love to read with Mommy!
We ended our special day with a sweet Valentine's treat from Sweet Frog!
