The dance class that Hannah has been taking is done in 6 week segments. It's really just a fun little class with little girls wearing lots of pink. Sometimes they jump, sometimes they have snowball fights with socks, and sometimes they practice being princesses. The instructor, Ms. Sarah, weaves some dance steps and terminology in with all the fun, but mostly it is a class for having fun. At the end of each 6 week session there is a "recital" which consists of 1 dance with all the girls wearing the same tutu. Before the "recital" part they have a normal class with their usual fun activities. I wasn't going to post more dance pictures, but Nana decided to come along to this one and she got some cute ones so I couldn't resist putting them on here.
These sparkly tutus were the best part of the night. Although all the shimmery sequins served as a bit of distraction when we supposed to be following directions from Ms. Sarah. Several times Hannah just stopped to admire her sparkly tutu.
Hannah is not the most graceful dancing little princess, but she sure has fun and that is all that matters!
I love the friendship that these two share!
