Pancakes, Pancakes!

So Hannah and Owen have developed a love for pancakes.  They eat them almost everyday for breakfast.  When they pretend cook and you ask them what they are making the answer is always pancakes.  When their Sesame Street characters go into Mr. Hooper's store they are always going in to buy pancakes and more pancakes.  They even pretend to make pancakes in the bathtub.  Hannah and Owen's pancakes though are affectionately called cake cakes and we think Daddy makes the best.  To fuel this pancake obsession they also recently stumbled across Eric Carle's book Pancakes, Pancakes in their collection.  This has become one of their new favorites as we read it multiple times a day (I'm talking like at least 10).  Believe it or not they pretty much have it memorized and can tell you what happens on each page like putting the wheat on the donkey, the water wheel that grinds the grain, the cow that moos when it is milked, the hen that lays the egg, and their favorite part is when Jack's mother flips the pancake in the air!  Hannah and Owen like to say flip, flip!
