Hannah and Owen attend storytime with Grandma on Thursday mornings at Atlee Library. This past Thursday they invited the children to come back for a Halloween parade through the library in their costumes. Charlie Brown's The Great Pumpkin was shown after the parade and was projected onto the wall. They had a good turn out of kids and it was a fun event. Owen walked in the parade and enjoyed watching The Great Pumpkin with Daddy and his friend Avery. Hannah was quickly overwhelmed by all the costumes and people telling her how cute she was. She started to cry before the parade started and said, "bye bye, go home, go bye bye." She walked with me in the parade but then we played in the library while the movie was being shown. Owen and Hannah's costumes were just for fun since Grandma was still working on their "official" costumes. Owen was dressed as a cowboy at the last minute when the dog costume I had didn't fit. Hannah was dressed as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz thanks to a costume given to us by a friend. She carried a little stuffed dog that was supposed to be Toto.

Howdy partner!

We colored too!
Time to say goodnight...sweet friends go bye bye.
