Look at those smiles as they wait to be able to run down the hall and into the living room!
Hannah's presents from Santa
Owen's presents from Santa
A giant crane!
A Bitty Baby bathtub...just what she wanted!
Hannah asked for pink drawing paper...Santa brought her a special pad of paper with lots of pink and many other colors. Some of the paper even has sparkles in it.
Owen must take the crane out of the box right away!
Daddy is equally excited about Owen's new trucks!
A Bitty Baby high chair!
A giant excavator!
Dollhouse furniture...a laundry room...
...a bathroom
the motor grader Owen has been asking Santa for since Memorial Day.
A new outfit and blanket for Baby Claire.
Hannah and Owen help Daddy open some gifts too. They actually helped me wrap Daddy's gifts and managed to keep them a secret for several days!
Baby Claire gets her first bath in her new bathtub.
Our Christmas Brunch for Nana's birthday continued this year. It is always a special time when Nana and Grandad can come and be part of the Christmas morning excitement and check out Hannah and Owen's gifts. I always look forward to this tradition.
Uncle Jake gets to open his gift from us because we brought the wrong one on Christmas Eve. We were looking forward to Uncle Jake unwrapping this gift. It was a Shrek VHS tape...ha ha! We hid gift cards inside! Jake got a good laugh out of it and so did we.
Happy Birthday Nana!
Owen and Grandad snuggle and rest while watching Hannah's new Berenstain Bear's DVD. We were all feeling worn out by this point.
Owen's newly expanded fire station. We had to add an extra bay to accommodate his new fire truck.
Later in the afternoon Grandma and Papa came by to see what Santa left and to eat dinner with us.
Of course they got in some play time too!
Hannah's still reading 'Twas the Night Before Christmas...we have multiple versions!
Owen loves all the doors, compartments, and tools on his new fire truck. His fire station can now come to life!
Papa gets the run down on Owen's new crane.
Merry Christmas sweet girl and sweet boy!
