One night when Uncle Jake came over for dinner Hannah and Owen got so involved in playing construction together that I had to capture it. They are working on playing more and more together and preschool has helped to foster this desire, but it still isn't something that is always natural and easy so we relish the times that it happens spontaneously and sit back and enjoy watching them play together. They are so detailed and imaginative in their play which always amazes me.
Uncle Jake was not allowed to enter the work zone without having a hard hat too!
This was really cute...Owen is holding the "drawings" for Hannah and she is "reading" them so they can figure out how to build what they're making. Hannah is also using her fire coat as her safety vest because we only have one.
