We pretty much spent the month of November sick. Hannah and Owen had strep throat the week before their birthday and then they were diagnosed with walking pneumonia and ear infections the Monday after Thanksgiving (no wonder they didn't eat much). Hannah started first with a fever the day after Thanksgiving and Owen followed a few days behind as usual. They were both put on breathing treatments and antibiotics to treat the walking pneumonia and ear infections. It took about 5 days to get rid of the fever. We are glad that is behind us, that we're feeling much better, and that we can get back outside.
Hannah and Owen snuggle with Mommy after a breathing treatment. This was Owen's first experience with breathing treatments and he cried quite a bit for the first one. It didn't help that he had a fever of 103. During his treatment Hannah became very concerned about him and climbed up next to him which did calm him down. Sweet girl!
